Founded in 2020, BYLC is an independent creative hub working at the intersection of brand, digital and marketing. Built on more than a decade of experience across design and communications, the studio works closely with ambitious businesses to create brands and experiences that are considered, distinctive and built to connect with discerning audiences.
Louise Chellingworth
Louise C is the brain behind BYLC, working across brand strategy, identity, digital experiences and creative communications.
Since 2012, Louise has worked alongside New South Wales based businesses across FMCG, property, construction, hospitality, retail, food and professional services, building brands and digital experiences designed to be as thoughtful in strategy as they are in execution.
Her work spans brand identities and positioning through to websites, campaigns, content and the many touchpoints that shape how a business is experienced. From emerging businesses finding their place in the market to established brands ready for their next chapter, Louise brings a considered approach to turning ideas into clear, compelling and cohesive brands.
With a background spanning design and creative content marketing, she brings a broader perspective to the work than design alone. The result is creative that isn’t simply designed to look good, but designed to communicate, connect and contribute to the bigger picture.
BYLC works directly with its clients, without layers of account management or unnecessary distance between thinking and making. Every project is personally led by Louise, bringing together strategic thinking, creative direction and hands-on execution from first conversation through to completion. As head honcho, Cece oversees all day-to-day activities, including designated slumber events and morale-boosting cuddle sessions.
